Founded on a dream to help those most in need living in regional, rural and remote locations around Australia.
In 2021, Well Balanced Care was founded with a mission to connect with those who have limited or no access to Allied Health Services and provide quality health care for those most in need living in regional, rural and remote communities.
The Founders recognised that there was an urgent and critical need to provide good health care services to those living in such locations so they could access the same level of care as those in more metropolitan areas. This would enable those living in these remote communities to avoid the need to travel hundreds, if not thousands, of kilometres to receive the same care that many of us have easy access to and take for granted.
Well Balanced Care services a number of indigenous communities as far away as Doomadgee, heading towards the Northern Territory border, in the Gulf of Carpentaria and up to Thursday Island and as far south as Bundaberg and regional areas.
We are able to offer NDIS allied health services, face to face and through virtual care to those living in these remote communities, which means that no matter where you live, or how remote your community is, you can receive the help you need and deserve.
Our Mission
To provide easy access to specialist care and quality clinical services. These services are available, in person and via our virtual health care and technology enabled model, to those most in need, particularly in rural and remote communities.
This will be achieved by our team of professional clinical practitioners working directly with patients, families and carers to build a care plan that supports and enables an individual to achieve their life goals whilst remaining in their community
