Here at Well Balanced Care, we are proud to have a team that is as diverse as the clients we serve. Our NDIS Business Development Manager, Candy Phillips, is from an Indigenous background and hails from the local Yarrabah community. She has over three years of experience working with clients with disabilities and cares deeply about ensuring that all participants in our Well Balanced Care program have access to the people and resources they need to thrive in their own local communities.

 With her extensive knowledge and passion for care, Candy is an invaluable asset to our team and our clients. We are proud to have her on board as we continue our mission of providing high-quality, individualised care so those living in remote and Indigenous communities can live their best life possible.
